Kari Yasi is the Lead Managing Partner and co-founder of HerGrowth Holdings, LLC — a Wyoming-based acquisition and investment holding company built to acquire, strengthen, and grow profitable businesses and income-producing real estate across the United States.
With 15+ years of experience spanning executive leadership, sales strategy, and organizational accountability, Kari has built her career at the intersection of operational discipline and business growth. She has served as a Fractional Chief Accountability Officer, Fractional Sales Executive, and Executive Advisor to businesses across industries — consistently entering organizations at critical inflection points and leaving them measurably stronger. Her ability to identify performance gaps, install accountability systems, and align leadership teams around execution has made her a trusted partner to founders, operators, and executives navigating growth, transition, and transformation.
At HerGrowth Holdings, Kari leads acquisition strategy, capital structuring, and external partnerships. She evaluates every opportunity through the lens of a disciplined owner — asking not only whether a business has value, but whether the right governance infrastructure exists to protect and grow that value after acquisition. This ownership discipline is what distinguishes HerGrowth from passive investment vehicles: every company that joins the portfolio gains a strategic partner invested in its long-term performance.
Kari is also the founder of Self Mastery Society, an executive advisory firm serving founders and senior leaders navigating growth, organizational change, and leadership development. Many of HerGrowth's most trusted relationships began as Self Mastery Society advisory engagements — a reflection of the long-term, trust-first approach that defines how Kari does business.

Wendy Prine
Wendy Prine is a Managing Partner and co-founder of HerGrowth Holdings, LLC, where she leads the firm's real estate acquisition strategy, financing relationships, and asset oversight across the portfolio.
As Principal of The Prine Group LLC, Wendy has built and manages a growing portfolio of income-producing real estate — including RV parks, mobile home parks, multifamily communities, self-storage, and single-family rentals — with a strategy centered on strong cash flow, operational efficiency, and long-term asset performance. She manages acquisitions, financing, and asset oversight across a multi-million-dollar portfolio and works closely with lenders, operators, and investors to structure lender-ready transactions and execute reliable closings.
Wendy's hands-on background allows her to evaluate real estate opportunities from both an underwriting and execution perspective — ensuring every asset HerGrowth acquires is professionally managed, properly capitalized, and positioned for long-term stability. She is also frequently engaged as a credit and experience sponsor in commercial real estate transactions, providing the credibility, financial strength, and operational track record that lenders require when evaluating complex deals.
